The cucumber is a fruit that comes from creeping and climbing annual plant of cucumber Cucumis sativus – cups the Tame. It belongs to the squash family such as melon , watermelon , zucchini. 

Cucumber is grown outdoors in the summer months and in a greenhouse the rest of the year, due to its sensitivity to low temperatures. High temperature and humidity favor its growth
